Sarah, a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist, has a strong background in sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and gained practical experience while working with the UBC men's rugby team. Her passion for travel led her to volunteer as a sideline medic for a rugby club in New Zealand, where she decided to pursue physiotherapy as a career.
Sarah pursued her Master's degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, graduating in 2021. She has a keen interest in sports injuries and orthopaedic conditions, and she is well-versed in the return-to-sport process. Sarah offers taping techniques for both preventive and rehabilitative purposes. Additionally, she plans on expanding her skills by pursuing training in acupuncture and concussion management.
While soccer was her main sport growing up, Sarah has since explored a variety of other activities to stay active and fit. She enjoys boxing, snowboarding, trail running, mountain biking, and working out at the gym.
